Tracey, Reginald

Reginald Tracey of St Kilda, along side F H Greenwood was a Recruiting-Sergeant in Port Melbourne. At a recruitment meeting at Excelsior Hall on Monday 31 January 1916, Sergeant Tracey outlined his war service in Northern France and emphasised the need to defeat the Germans by telling the meeting that he was going back for a ‘second helping’.
