    WW2 Service : born 29 January, 1900, South Melbourne. Enlisted 9 October, 1939 from West Brunswick, served as Private, V81218, “Garrison Battalion’ to discharge, 13 December, 1939. Re-enlisted 2 August, 1940 from Rushworth, served as Private, V4874 with 17 Garrison Battalion, discharged 15 March, 1943. Wife Rose shown as next of kin in both cases
