Parents: Joseph and Elizabeth Ann FOREMAN (late), born Port Melbourne, educated Nott Street SS, father at 155 Liardet Street (painter). He enlisted as a farmer from Ouyen with father as next of kin in South Richmond, but Port Melbourne was nominated on circular as place of association. Only son, two married sisters in Kew and Richmond.
