Parents: William and Mrs Elizabeth Ann FERGUSON, born Port Melbourne. Ferguson enlisted in Adelaide as an 18-year-old ironworker with his mother in Carlton as next of kin, later adjusted to his father. Several addresses in Carlton were later recorded, but no relatives could be traced in 1923 and the servicemen’s medals remained unclaimed. No known grave, no circular returned.
